1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the l44app Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any point during your use of the Platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will never ask for your password via email, Telegram, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
Account Verification (KYC)
l44app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
l44app supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The Company does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard processing time is up to two hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Currency & Conversion
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company does not accept responsibility for any exchange rate charges or conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider when funding your account from a non-BDT source.
Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be confiscated and the relevant account suspended.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, l44app may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
- All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are issued per eligible account. The Company reserves the right to limit, refuse, or withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software tools, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus conditions, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- Free bets and bonus credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless specific withdrawal conditions have been fully satisfied.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the player. The Company reserves the right to void, refuse, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where technical errors, pricing errors, or suspicious activity are detected.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by product, event, or account tier. The Company reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
Void Bets & Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets on that event may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account, subject to the specific settlement rules for the relevant market. Crash game rounds interrupted by technical error will be settled in accordance with the provably fair algorithm record for that round.
Casino games including slots and live dealer tables operate using certified random number generation (RNG) and provably fair technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l44app Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, with no recourse to appeal:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
- Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds. The Company is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, avoiding limits, or circumventing any restriction placed on an account.

8 Responsible Gaming

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) may temporarily affect Platform availability without giving rise to any liability on the part of the Company.
Third-Party Game Providers
Certain games and betting markets on the Platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Company does not accept liability for any errors, technical failures, or disputes arising from the operation of games or data feeds supplied by these providers. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at any time.

13 Account Termination
You may close your l44app account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Accounts in receipt of pending withdrawals may not be closed until those transactions are settled.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal or reputational risk to the Company. In the event of a termination for cause, the Company may retain any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation.
14 General Provisions
